How does it work?
Speek will help you and your loved ones go from harming to healing. When your child is self-harming, the parent journey can be one of isolation, hopelessness, & exhaustion. By opting to join Speek, you will be matched to a Behavioural Expert to guide you one-on-one throughout your journey. Our clinical team will provide you with access to new researched content, a personalised profile, and weekly online psychologist-led group sessions.

We use an evidence-based Person-Centered Recovery Framework combined with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT) to cater for your individual needs when delivering these interventions, honouring your familys complexity and unique circumstances. This approach takes into account many problems that may be surrounding your child’s self-harm, including autism, disordered eating, relationships, and more.
